Fabricated Support System Project

The following photo's show how GRACOLITE pultruded components can be fabricated into support frames for pipework etc:

    

This Photo shows the main pipework supports and prestressed beam between the leg supports.  This 6 metre long 200x100x10 "I" beam is prestressed with a 400mm centre leg and 100x6.0 Flat bar bolted under:
Load with all pipework fitted is 3000 kg

GRACOLITE 100x100x6 "I" Beam support legs, 6 metres high with 102x51x6.5 channel joining frame creates a 3 metre wide opening for manufacturing equipment to operate between supporting legs.
